• Used calipers that have completed their service life come in ready for overhaul

• Calipers are cleaned disassembled and inspected

• Only genuine Carlisle parts are used when reassembling calipers

Leaking calipers can be a major cause of machine down time, this is why Minesaver uses a 2 stage 12hour Quality Assurance process

Stage 1 - A 95mm spacer is installed (representing new pads) and pressure tested for 6 hours. Only when this test is passed will the caliper go to stage 2

Stage 2 – A 75mm spacer is installed (representing half life pads) the caliper pistons are extended out and pressure tested for a further 6 hours. Only when stage 2 is passed will the calipers be sent to paint and ready for dispatch to our customers

• 95mm spacer installed & pressure tested for 6 hours

• 75mm spacer installed and pressure tested for a further 6 hours
